Client: Victorian Government: Department of Justice - Traffic Camera Services and Infringement and Enforcement Management Services (TCS/IMES) Project
Project tasks: Led a consulting team providing advice to the Bureau of Emergency Services and Telecommunications (BEST) on the TCS/IMES Project acquiring the new traffic camera operations and infringement and management systems and services in support of the Victorian police, courts and sheriffs department. The project required preparing the Project's Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and two Statements of Work (SOW) for the Contract, including coverage of engineering management, risk management, configuration management, test programs, review programs and operational services. |

Client: Explosive Protective Equipment (EPE) Pty Ltd. - Technical Investigation of new Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD-9) Ensemble.
Project tasks: Included preparing ECP documentation for CBRNE Program to update DoD configuration management information on previous acquisitions, conducting ECP from manufacturer submission to CBRNE Program for new EOD Ensemble including, Risk Assessment Judgements of Significance and Safety and Suitability for Service assessments in explosive ordinance disposal. |

Client: Australian Defence Force - Defence Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Explosive Program (CBRNE).
Project Tasks: Mechanical Engineering and Technical Certification activities for a range of equipment procured as part of the CBRNE Program. Typical tasks included preparation for Design Acceptance, including conducting technical investigations, risk assessments, configuration management and engineering change proposals. |
